Multilingual Phoneme Recognizer
Vobr, Vojtěch ; Matějka, Pavel (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
Aim, of this master thesis is training of phoneme recognizer with phoneme set, which have been made by merging of several phoneme sets, which are containted in SpeechDat-E database and find out if this kind of recognizer will have better results than recognizers which were trained on one language. This work also deals with phoneme sets, principles of phoneme recognition using recognizers based on artifical neural networks, language identification and merging of given phoneme sets. Also is described process of training phoneme recognizer and phoneme recognition.
Minors' Experience Analysis of Romanticized or Sexualized Contact with an Educator
Mašková, Kateřina ; Onder, Jakub (advisor) ; Krejčí, Josef (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of romanticized and sexualized contact of minor students and their adult educators which is being dominantly silenced in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and an empirical part. Theoretical part of the thesis presents psychological aspects of the developmental period of adolescence and of the pedagogical profession, discusses the issue of crossing professional boundaries by an educator and finally defines a specific subtype of educator sexual misconduct: educator sexual abuse of minor students in the form of a mutual sexualized type of a contact. The focus of the empirical part of the thesis is a research project framed by constructivist ontology, feminist epistemology and phenomenological metodology. The research project is an interpretative phenomenological analysis of the experience of five adult women who experienced romanticized or sexualized contact with their educator during adolescence. The purpose of the research was to gain an in-depth understanding of its participants' experiences both from their former adolescent perspective and their contemporary adult perspective and to capture any possible change of their mind during the given period concerning their own experiences. Currently, all five research participants consider...
Growth and formation of the teacher's role in connection with participation in the pilgrimage
NOVÁČKOVÁ, Denisa
This bachelor's thesis, entitled Growth and formation of the teacher's role in connection with the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo, first deals with the concepts associated with the teacher's personality in the theoretical part. It describes the teacher as a profession, his position in society and what are the motives for choosing this particular profession. The work also describes the professional path of teachers. We can divide this path into beginner, experienced and conservative teacher. Another topic of this part is stress and the burnout syndrome, and the last chapter of the first part is dedicated to shaping the teacher's role and self-reflective professional development, which is connected to the term ALACT. The next chapter is dedicated to personal development, specifically self-knowledge and human being at this moment. The last chapter describes the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela itself. In the beginning of this chapter are divided the possible routes that leads to Santiago de Compostelo. The following is a list of symbols associated with the journey, and there are also chapters on accommodation and motivation for the pilgrims. The empirical part of thesis is devoted to the analysis of the statements of three pilgrims who made the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela. Before the pilgrimage jurney and also nowadays are teaching and they educate how their experiences and opinions changed during the jurney, through the qualitative research method of Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The research questions were: VO1: What was the difference in the approach to the teaching profession after completing the trip? VO2: How did your view of yourself change after completing the trip? VO3: What were the strong moments and experiences during the trip? VO4: In what areas did the trip affect the informant's life? The results give us an insight into the pilgrims' experience of completing the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo. They show us the clear changes experienced by the pilgrims as a result of completing the pilgrimage jurney. The most important changes took place within their profession as a teacher and family.
Evaluation of washing effect on material properties after 3D DLP printing
Uvíra, Dominik ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the influence of washing on the mechanical properties of 3D DLP printed parts. The aim of the thesis was to experimentally determine the impact of washing agents with different wash durations on the mechanical properties of 3D printed parts using DLP technology. The research describes the devices and materials used. Furthermore, an analysis of washing 3D DLP printed parts is conducted, including a description of polymer dissolution, types of washing agents, and washing methods. Based on the research, materials were selected, including Standard resin, ABS-like resin, and Tough resin. The used washing agents are IPA, Simple Green industrial degreaser, DPM, and a special uncured resin remover called EasyClean. Samples were produced on the DLP 3D printer Anycubic Photon D2, and printing profiles were established based on the research part and own calibration. In the first experiment, the effectiveness of the agents in removing uncured resin was monitored. This was followed by an experimental evaluation of the tensile properties of the prepared samples. Furthermore, the notch toughness of each material was evaluated. In both cases, an analysis of fracture surfaces was conducted. Based on the achieved results, optimal washing durations were determined for all material and rinsing agent combinations, and areas of application were recommended. Subsequently, a custom rinsing agent combining low cost and good mechanical properties was proposed. The final part of the work consists of an economic evaluation of the various rinsing agents, resulting in specific recommendations for purchasing rinsing agents and rinsing duration.
Towards school inclusion
Marques, Karin ; Straková, Jana (advisor) ; Lazarová, Bohumíra (referee) ; Hájková, Vanda (referee)
Towards School Inclusion Abstract Since September 2016, the so-called inclusive amendment, i.e. Decree No. 27/2016 Coll., on the education of pupils with special educational needs, has been in force in Czech schools. The multiple-case study of three schools describes the process of change in different contexts prior to 2016. Three inclusive schools were selected based on measuring the level of inclusion and their public declaration of striving for inclusion. The data research sources were narrative interviews with current and former principals of the selected schools, their deputies, some teachers, assistants, parents and/or representatives of the municipality. IPA was used to analyze the data. The inclusive school is a product of a principal's vision and their transformative leadership. The key for a successful transformation was to change not only processes and structures but mainly the culture, thus common understanding of the goals. The central concept was communication and collaboration. The respondents perceived themselves as pioneers and communities sharing the same values. Creating conditions for respecting the needs and differences of each child and gaining community trust were the necessary steps for this transformation. It was important to raise sufficient funds, to work hard and to improve...
Negative thoughts in mothers
Janusová, Štěpánka ; Presslerová, Pavla (advisor) ; Valentová, Hana (referee)
1 ABSTRACT This thesis explores negative thoughts in mothers in the context of the early years of their first- born child's life. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three parts: the first presents the negative thoughts and accompanying emotions of mothers from the perspective of psychopathology, the second from the perspective of social psychology, and the third places them in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research part of the thesis presents the research questions, the method of interpretative phenomenological analysis, the characteristics of the research sample, data collection through semi-structured interviews and additional written questions, and it presents the findings. First, mothers experience content-similar negative thoughts that are accompanied by similar negative emotions; and furthermore, we can find similar developments over time. Second, the evolution of negative thoughts was associated with a change in their interpretations and a change in coping strategies. If mothers evaluated their negative thoughts and emotions as normal and natural, they coped better with them, managed to confide them to others and thus reduced their negative impact on the child. The perception of oneself as a good enough mother plays a key role here. Thirdly, expectations play an important...
